“ I was born and raised in NY and this is the closest thing to a NY bagel place I’ve found in NC. From the food to the customer experience it’s amazing. Everyone who works there is very friendly. I absolutely love the sarcastic humor and jokes that come with this place. We come every Saturday and the only reason we don’t come more often is because we live half an hour away. I absolutely love that they have a chalkboard wall listing the specials AND a map showing where to order and pick up. Honestly, where to order and pick up was pretty easy to figure out before the map but I get common sense isn’t something everyone has. The bagels are great. The Reuben is the best one we have had. The customer experience is the best. 10/10 recommend coming here. Every time we come we get the warmest welcome. ”
“ I stopped in Greenfield’s for the first time on a Saturday morning. The owner is very nice. We had to wait a little bit but it wasn’t that bad, they were pretty busy! My sister got the gluten free onion bagel with lox, egg and onion. She said it was excellent, and she was very happy they had gluten free options. I got the Russian bagel (which is a pumpernickel bagel and onion seasoning) with pastrami and egg. It was delicious and actually it was much better pastrami than what I had in NYC. I got a few bagels for later, 2 cinnamon raisin and a French toast. They were good and I recommend making sure to toast the French toast bagel because it was a bit chewy otherwise but it’s still good! We will be returning! ”

“ We walked in and were immediately greeted! The people working were so friendly and polite when I had ordered! They had a wonderful location and it was super clean! I personally purchased the lemon poppy seed scone and the egg bagel! I loved both so much, I ended up going back in and placing an order for a dozen bagels! Overall this place had an amazing selection and incredibly nice staff! Most importantly everything was baked fresh that day! Definitely a place I will be coming back too and one I highly recommend! ”
“ The BEST bagels around ! Personal favorite is everything cheese bagel,(always limited so call ahead), followed by everything bagel. Today I tried the salt and onion. I like my bagels toasted like “croutons”, as I was told . Always amazing food and service. Go get some yumminess, tell em Genny from the block sent ya , lol ”
“ Great spot to grab some fresh made bagels. Add on top of that impeccable service. We ended up talking to, who we guess is the owner, and you can tell he's proud of the menu and cares about each person that walks through the door. The atmosphere is pretty standard cafe seating with simple decor. You'll have to read the house rules on their chalkboard wall as their humor shows through :). The flow to order can be confusing but just be sure to pay attention to the arrows and sign and you'll be fine. If you opt for anything other than a bagel, try the coffee cake as it has a nice thick crumble layer! My dining mate was impressed with the smoked white fish as it had a great flavor and done well, didn't taste store bought and it had a great smoke to it (not the liquid smoke). I had the chicken salad, I thought it was alright (maybe a 3 out of 5 stars). But it's also cause I prefer more chunky chicken pieces and this was shredded chicken. Not too much more ingredients to it either so it's a very simple salad ”
“ The food is absolutely delicious we always get a turkey bacon bagel sandwich and everyone always remembers our orders when we come back the service is fantastic and the staff are so incredibly nice and friendly if you love bagels this is the place for you!! ”
“ A great deli experience: What I ordered and what I liked: I ordered the Salmon special and it was a bagel with both sides slathered in cream cheese, lettuce leaf, generous smoked salmon, capers and topped with tomato and onions. A choice of sides and I chose egg salad. 13.50 Why I liked it: both sides were made up with toppings and generous side item with a pickle spear. Unlike other places where they make a sandwich out of it, Greenfields provides generous portions on both sides and provides a hearty start to my day! ”
